A garden ceremony, old school house reception, night of love, emotion, celebration, lots of DIY details, delish food, wine and lots of dancing – that’s how we like it! California does it good!
We just got back home from our trip and wedding in North California. We had a blast, relaxed and enjoyed ourselves very much! We have seen beautiful places, hang out and met with amazing people, shot uber cute wedding and now pretty much ready for loads of work since being back! We explored San Francisco, drove our little Smart Car all the way up highway 1 to Mendocino and drove back through the wine country. It was great, but being back home with Luna is great too, lots of weddings to post, clients to meet, few updates here and there; new things to come. An ultra mega sunny day and grounds of Oheka Castle were the perfect settings for Andrea and Nicholas’ affair. A beautiful union of two cultures and a day filled with family and close friends; complete with poems and kiddie kisses. Their wedding was a bit different; there was no dancing; but that did not stop anybody from having the time of their life. Such sweet inviting families; we thank you for being part of it all.

Jen and Howie got married on a cool day in May, their whole day was spent in the Hilton in Woodcliff Lake NJ with an outside ceremony. Jen wore two adorable dresses; a lace BCBG with a black sash and as a surprise to Howie, a backless Ines DiSanto dress for the ceremony and reception. Another really nice and cool touch was an artist painting their reception;the painting by Martin Hardy – Hardyboy Art looked marvelous! And a mix of traditional Jewish and Italian dances preformed by Revelation – Stan Allen Entertainment got everybody groovin’.

Matthew and Aileen got married on the rooftop of Andaz Hotel on Wall Street surrounded by closest family and friends… a very simple yet beautiful bouquet featuring huge peonies, very hot shoes, a delicate flowing dress and a bride&groom so deeply in love. Prior to the wedding, we have explored Manhattan with the two of them; from the restaurant “Pescatore” where they had their first date, to Korea Town [karaoke anyone?], to flat iron where we met..ELVIS, to old graffiti building on Bowery and back to Wall Street for the festivities. Those two individuals are so kind and loving; We repeat over and over again; it’s so much honor to be part of such wonderful time of life for our couples.
Their day was amazing, full of laughter and tears; happy, emotional, beautiful. Essence of happiness.
